I keep running into AI features that get very good at adapting to one person’s habits, and that’s useful right up until someone else has to pick up the work. It starts feeling like every person is working inside their own tiny version of the tool.
Has anyone found a good middle ground where the tool stays helpful but the workflow is still legible to the rest of the team?
