A lot of AI features are getting better at adapting to the person using them. That feels nice in the moment, but it can turn the same tool into a different object for each teammate.
I keep wondering where the line is between helpful personalization and a shared workflow that stops being teachable. Has anyone seen that tradeoff show up in real use?
