Hi guys, I just would like to know if most people usually give an honest resume or they usually just bull**** their way through? Do people usually give an honest academic transcript/ experience stories?
I am having trouble finding a Java jobs, I have been experienced with this programming language for more than 3 years in university. And I have used so many third party frameworks, code with design patterns, thus it is not a messy code. And doing some advanced stuff like Mashup applications and Web Services.
However most of the jobs I have found, they always give and judge me with just one question: Do you have Java commercial experience for 2 years? and when I say no, they completely turn me down…
Is working in the commercial industry having that much greater programming skill? I have read countless Java books and I dont think I am that inferior.
I feel so low like a big loser right now 
Any suggestion I must do? Do people usually cheat their academic transcript?
