When you are creating a charecter moving in flash do you.

  1. Draw it in several positions on paper first, scan it and go over in flash for each to creat an animation.

  2. Draw it in flash in several positions to create and animation.

  3. Use the line and shape tools to create the basic outline for each frame and then optionally go over it with the brush tool, etc
