Driving in India

I’m an Indian, but this is still really funny.

oh man, ROFL…
my cousin just visited me, and he said, “if you want to take a turn, don’t worry just do it, the person coming at you will stop…” :stuck_out_tongue:

Although it appears to be a mess, it looks very efficient. Most of the cars got through rather fast.

notice honking… in Mumbai (Bombay), it was hard to sleep at night when i went there…

hehe. :stuck_out_tongue:

You left off my smiley.

I wish America worked like that lol. Thousands of Mopeds. Looks fun.

I was watching this the day before yesterday :stuck_out_tongue:

hahaha! lmao! that is so true! you would see that everywhere in india d

hahaha! lmao! that is so true! you would see that everywhere in india

dats the way in bangalore too
but nowadays they have traffic police at peak times

but the amazing part is people have good traffic sense.
especially these bus drivers are simply amazing drivers here.
after seeing this thread i gave a thought about it

Ooooh yea baby… That’s the best driving test one can have… One who can drive in Delhi, can drive anywhere in the world. :thumb:

^ oh no
delhi traffic is nothing compared to bangalore.
One who can drive in bangalore, can drive anywhere in the world. :stuck_out_tongue:

One who’ll drive in Bangalore will quit driving. :p:

^;P

(-:

let me generalize: one who has driven in India can drive anywhere…

@nokrev: sorry…

doesn’t it? :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve actually driven my cousin’s motorcycle through a marketplace going at like 40mph. I tried to avoid the more busier streets just to make sure I don’t kill myself

I’ve also driven my Uncles motorcycle all around some college in Rothak. My uncle is a professor there.

I was talking about real traffic… Not cycles, and uni-cycles and pre-historic stuff like that!

So true… indian license works in America! and they don’t crash either ! :p:

License? :stuck_out_tongue: Okay so people who are sensible or dependent are licensed, however :stuck_out_tongue:

my uncle came to the US from india and rented a car… :jailbreak
