Yea I know about the header font … you like it or you hate it I guess :hr:
what font is the headers in?
I’m not too sure about the thing which follows the mouse-click.
It might be beneficial to limit it to the menu and make it flash while the section is loading then stop flashing and act as a marker on the button. I think it is an unnecesary distraction to keep it constantly flashing and go wherever you click.

I strongly disagree with MrMass. 
I think the heading font is way out of place considering your music and body font. Also, I don’t like the colours at all.
Very nausiating. Hey mrmass where are these triangles you speak of? I can’t find a single one.
I like the hexagons and circles.
Btw killrobot I think the header font is Englishvivace.
@ billmarr : It was a guess to go with those colors. You’d like it darker or lighter?

What’s the best way (the lowest filesize) to import such small images in flash (gif? jpg? png?)? I need some help with that

Yes, Yes, change the font! 
Droopy I tend to stay away from browns with a lot of yellow in them 'cause they remind me of dog poop. If you like brown I’d suggest you darken it up and use some white to make things pop. Check out this sites colours

Now you can change colors (blue or “doggy poop” brown yellow)! Is it better or worse?

Once again I must say to change that font! You’re whole design is very geometric yet you have a script font. It doesn’t make sense to me.

I guess I just like the contrast of the 2. I tried some other fonts out but couldn’t find one that matches the rest,so I just took the opposite :sen: ! Neway if I find one,I’ll change it !

Comments: your work is soooo small… I would have a link to larger images. Also, I would stay away from works in progress unless there is an image to go along with it… nobody will read that information, even if they do, without a graphic it is hard to imagine… most people are not very visual.
Another note… the graphics your text and images are in are a little over done… maybe eliminate some, or have other shapes to compliment them.
I think it just needs some fine tuning… I like the background… and you are off to a good start!
There are plenty of serif fonts that are not script… I would use a more traditional font like goudy or garamond… I know their not hi-tech… but they with stand time… and are classics!

Don’t listen to vstorm! vstorm did you listen to the music he’s got going on? Droopy you definitely need a sans serif font. Doesn’t have to be techy. Your body is sans serif so your heading should follow. This is especially important if you are going to keep your body text in upper case.
Billmarr… you can use a serif with a sans serif… the two styles always contrast well together… i.e. san serif heading with serif copy. That is a basic typography fact… the best droopy can do is gather the information posted and take the majority comments… there are fundamental design foundations, but it is an art… which is subjective. I do agree that the main header font should be a serif.

Let’s steer this kid in the right direction by using subliminal messages and hypnosis.
He’s got all of his body in upper caps which I personally don’t like, especially with a script or serif font. Vstorm you sound like my graphic design teacher lol. I say he change the heading font not just because I think serif+serif=good, but because he’s got hip hop music, all of his body is upper caps, and the overall design is contrary to conventional.
Btw, I liked my graphic design teacher although we did occassionally argue over issues similar to this. He liked Brody and Tufte so much I thought he wanted slip his ‘you know’ into their ‘iye karumbas’ lol
btw I wasn’t incinuating that you were entirely like my graphci design teacher. lol again
