I’m new to this dsl stuff so dont eat me
I just switched from dialup to dsl (yay). M average downloading speed has been at 20 kbps. I’m no high speed expert, but this isn’t too much better than my dialup 
Any suggestions? Am i stuck with this crappy speed?
