Does anybody know how to apply this text effect http://www.jabra.com/ (including the blinking underscore) to a text field that loads from an external .txt file.
In addition is there anyway to apply a very small sound clip to it, to be played as each letter is loaded.
I’m sure there have been many threads about that typewriter effect. Did you search the forums?
“swish” can create that text effect. just type in the text you want and select typewriter effect
ok two things. First off use i have checked the forums. Sofar i have found where i have asked this question about 12 times. Secondly Swish can do the type effect to words that you want it to be applied to yes. BUT… my text is being inputed from a notepad .txt file because it will constantly be changing (i.e news board). Surely there must be a way to simply tell a text box to apply the typewriter effect to whatever is being loaded into it.
Attached i have a file where supposedly simply changing the text output code will enable it to perform the typing effect to a textbox that retrieves its text externally.
