EEEUT ! Messed with the wrong guy

Is this guy really this dumb ? Look at what happened two minutes ago:

I get this email, with info that users submitted on my site using the contact form. The return address is set to me@me.me. Here’s the content:

**Title: **** this mother****ing **ty site
THIS ISTE SUCKS AND YOU KNOW ****ING **** *******

So I look up the contact form log in my database, where I also store the IP of the person that submitted it. Since this happened seconds ago (I saw the email immediately when it arrived), I tried my luck doing an IP search in the admin panel. The search returns madeye.

Busted. Since he prolly thinks I’m left in the dark about who submitted that info, I’d love to see his face when he gets the email I just sent him:

You know, THIS ISTE SUCKS AND YOU KNOW ****ING **** *******, isn’t really very helpful. If you had just told me you didn’t like it, I would have accepted it and tried to improve the elements you didn’t like. But you preferred to do it this way. Fine. Have it your way then. But then you have to take in account the consequences, a final ban from KirupaForum. Thanks for making my evening, especially after having tracked you minutes after you submitted your lovely comments.

If you are certain that the person who submitted the form was madeye, then there is nothing wrong with banning him :slight_smile:

I’m quite certain. This is the IP that it was submitted from: 217.44.152.219. If you do a search for that IP in the admin panel, you’ll see that this IP belongs to madeye, and madeye only.

What’s he talking about !? A banner on my site calling his site crap !? He’s obviously playing blufpoker, unless he really talked to you Kirupa, and you’re gonna delete me ? :smiley:

Kirupa, can you ban his IP ? He re-registered, asking how to contact you, which he claims to have done already in his email :lol:

What’s his email address. You are too easy on these people.

I track them down. Eat every member of their family. Then lock them in a steel box and bury him alive letting him morn his families death until oxygen runs out.

Ok, I had a chat with this guy, and he said this was revenge for my comment about his site. I found the name gamestudios confusing because it looks like a company that makes games. And he was bored and (he told me this explicitly) ‘he does this to everyone’.

No mercy for this guy. He was warned, and even tried to threaten me. Haha, bozo.
Dan - yeah I know … I tend to have mercy on people and give them a second chance, but this guy really had it coming …
