These roles we will be responsible for development and delivery of distance learning and web-based learning applications for a variety of Fortune 500 clients. The ability to work independently and as a productive team member; outstanding communication skills, verbal and written with emphasis on detail; problem solving skills are necessary.[/FONT]

Essential Skills and Qualifications:[/FONT][/COLOR]

[][FONT=Arial]Computer Science Degree or relatable College Diploma;[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]3 plus years experience using Flash and Action Script 2.0/3.0 within an eLearning or distance learning capacity;[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]Proven experience developing computer-based and/or web-based training courses;[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]Solid background in digital media/eLearning with Flash-driven websites;[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]Solid background in JavaScript and HTML[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]Experience integrating XML based content into Flash presentations;[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;[/FONT]
[][FONT=Arial]Must be willing to travel to work at various client sites as needed.[/FONT]
