Hi folks. I’ve been losing quite too many nights trying to figure this out by myself. I’ve tried Google and searching through previous Flash discussions without success as well.
I have a simple SWF with text links. The text links are made up of an embedded font. Upon rollover, I have a Flash 8 filter making the links glow. I have the SWF embedded into a simple HTML file that scales the SWF to fit vertically.
Now the crazy part:
When rolling over these links, sometimes it functions perfectly, all you see is the text glowing on rollover. Sometimes not. All you see is the text shifting position, up, right, down, left, on rollover. Almost randomly upon reload or resize each link decides if it will behave or not.
Have I missed something? Is this a well known bug? I am quite late with my project.
