Hey guys, I need help
I bought an Epson all-in-one a little over a year ago (Epson Stylus CX 5200) to use when I’m away at school. Problem is, sometime during my last move (when I came back home in August), I lost the CD that has the printer’s software on it. This includes the Ink Manager and the Smart Panel. I didn’t realize I had lost this CD until this week. But I formatted my PC a month ago. Now, I’ve found the drivers available for download on Epson’s website, but apparently I can’t connect the printer to a computer without both the drivers *and *the software being installed on the computer beforehand.
Does anybody know if the software is available on the Internet somewhere? I’ve looked through Epson’s site pretty thoroughly, but it never hurts to have more than one person searching. I’m thinking that if no one else can find it either, I’ll have to just call them and whine and beg for a new CD. I really don’t want to have to buy a new printer.
