Just got back from Portland, Oregon. Ok I’m going to work on blowing someones sock off now. Should have something to post tomorrow afternoon.

I’m really not happy with this round. I had an idea and I was trying to make it work, but it jsut wasn’t hapenning. I thought since DJ uses pics of himself in so many of his battles, I’d challenge with a pic of me. Anyway there is my volley.
i think it looks pretty good ethan, nice job. some blending on the grunge can be a little better, but overall well done.

Very nace Ethan. I don’t see the theme really soooo… Screw the theme let’s see what comes out of this battle. Whata ya say? Might be interesting.
Well the theme was Ordinary Things gone wrong.
So I took myself and added in some terminator like mental under the skin. The idea being, ordinary medical procedures going wrong. Also the Title of the Piece is threevilution… 3rd Serve + Evil + Evolution…
But if you want to go somewhere else with the theme go for it
Oh you updated it with the robotics. It wasn’t there when I saw it the first time. Oops. Ok well we’ll see what happens…

I admit, it would’ve been amazing if EthanM had took a block out of his stomach and replaced it with gears and whatnot to show he was a terminator inside =).
With maybe steel flowing up his left arm, with a blend mode to show his veins popping out.
That wouldve been…whoo…
Maybe cause I know it’s there its easier for me to see, but can you see the robotic metal that is there now?
The metal in both arms. Under my left boob. In my face. And the metal right above my pants?
The face is AMAZING :). Great job. The torso looks more like mutated blood cells rather than metal. Arms don’t look like metal but I see some of it.
Either way, great work :thumb:.
