We are a startup company based in downtown Santa Cruz, and we are working on a large-scale Flash project that will exist on several different platforms. We are looking for an excellent, highly self-motivated ActionScript programmer to join our fun, dedicated team.
We will only consider candidates applying for full time, in-house positions.
Required Specializations:
- B.S. in C.S. or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented ActionScript 2.0
- Experience designing and implementing robust applications in Flash
- High level of experience using the Flash 8 Professional IDE
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Flash with other technologies, back end, etc
- Experience with ActionScript 3.0 / Flex
- Knowledge of other web-centered development technologies:
XML/HTML/PHP/mySQL - Knowledge of C++
- Graphic design skills
