Flash Engineer Needed
Applicant must have Extensive Actionscript 2.0 skills emphasizing software coding such as Actionscript-based motion graphics and reading and writing application data with the business tier.
This person is an expert in site structure and optimizing web applications for maintenance, operation and quality.
This person will work closely with the creative team and other engineers to determine browser or other client side technology recommendations and guidelines during the planning phase. As projects move beyond the planning phase, the Flash Engineer develops the client side interface implementations and also tests these implementations for conformance to creative and engineering specifications as appropriate.
Skills / Qualifications:

[]1+ year experience in a digital production environment.
[]2 years experience minimum designing rich media applications utilizing Flash with an emphasis on Actionscript-based motion graphics and reading/writing application data.
[]Experience with Actionscript 2.0 and Flash 8
[]Experience with Object Oriented Programming languages.
[]2+ years of web application development experience using HTML, JavaScript, DHTML and CSS.
[]Experience with integrating the presentation tier with the application tier using industry standard templating languages such as ASP.NET, ASP, JSP or PHP a plus.
[]Experience authoring formal specifications and related documents.
[]Ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget.
