Hello there
I recently bought a Seagate barracuda HD (320Gb 3"5) but I wasn’t smart enough to understand the technical details and now I feel like an ***, it seems I can’t use this hard drive as an external hard drive.
It’s supposed to be Ultra Ata (there are two kinds of data ‘plugs’ on the drive, one’s 37 pin and the other 8) and I heard only IDE drives could be used as usb.
I’m all confused, am I doomed ?
