I am creating a slideshow for a presentation that will play from a local drive. I have based it on, the link here. “Photo Slideshow Using XML and Flash”

it is working and resized, I would like to externalize the delay setting into preferable the xml file that it reads the slide.jpegs from if not from an external text file so it can be edited with out having to edit the flash projector all the time. How can I do this?

I guess I’d like to know how to move the overall delay setting out?

Or alternately how to have it set the delay with each slide, surely that would modify the xml structure how could I acheive this?
