The Yellow border may look better as a different colour - ( TRy a grey or black? - its a great compliemtary colour when you have bright colours)

Add a bit of white space ( eg the flower logo needs space between it and the circle border) - Also maybe some spaces between the yellow border and the buttons

All the content is a bit big, eg the nav buttons, logo, and pop up box - It will look a bit more professional if you reduce the size of all of these in the design as a whole. ( TRy it it youll see what i mean)

Its very different! and kinda interesting
With a bit of tweaking from the guys over here, im sure youll nail it on the head
