Theres soooooo many stories to that one guy who commited suicide from Everquest. The one I heard most often was someone scammed him for all of his money so he killed himself… :crazy:

my great grandpa killed himself because he was like, 99. he just stopped eating. I never knew why. Probably cause he was 99.

There was this one guy that locked his kid in a closet because he was annoying him while he was playing Everquest. He left the kid in there for a really long time and he evventually died, and the man went to jail.
But I think the Ultima Online is the best MMORPG, even though its graphics aren’t the best. I have also seen a recent game that seems like it will be very good, its called Dark and Light. You should check it out, it has stunning graphics (but not better than Doom 3) and it has an entire world for you to adventure through.

I have played Asheron’s Call and now there is Asheron’s Call 2.
I have online played 1 but thought it was great. However what I disliked it was people macroing characters and I joined so late most people had level 70+ characters even on the newest servers

FFXI looks like a disappointment to me. If it’s on the xbox, I’ll buy it and play it, probably. But just because it’s FF. Not because I really want to. I’ve played and beaten every FF since 5. I’ve always looked forward to the next one. I’ve always enjoyed them.
FFX-2 and FFXI are a new way of presenting the FF series, and personally, I hate them. A sequel and an MMORPG?
They’re both going to have horrible storys, and IMO, they will be worthless disasters.
You shouldn’t mess with a good thing. Squaresoft is starting to match their name.
I think FFXI is gunna be really good, I saw a lot of jap. screenshots and read a lot about it. I’m defedently buying it.
