File Sharing/Networking Issue

So i got my own little network set up at home, i have 2 desktops and 2 notebooks. All of which except for 1, which work fine, for file sharing and the lot.

This one computer (notebook, running windows xp pro chinese, sp2) just doens’t seem to let anyone access its shared folders. I get this error message
*
"\computername is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this netowkr resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Access if denied"*

I dont have any passwords or anything set up for that computer. WIndows Firewall is turned OFF, the only feasible thing that MIGHT be blocking access to it is my Norton AntiVirus Internet Worm Protection, but i DOUBT its that, cuz my desktop has the same Worm Protection running and other computers have NO problem accessing its shared folders.

Everything is under the same Workgroup, ‘MSHOME’, i can see the computer under “View Network Computers” but i just can’t seem to access it. I can even do Remote Desktop!

Someone help!
