How to make a filter, do I have to draw it, or maybe there is special Action Script.
what type of filter to mean? Something that you change an image with? If so that can’t be done in Flash it has to be done in an image editing program, Adobe Photoshop. If thats what you mean?

Well, draw a white line, copy it and past it in place (Ctrl+Shift+v). Then move it with the properties panel and do the same for the other lines.
