All text will be placed in this week… and if u see 3 boxes…those are for images… any dead links… please tell me, this is a re-design… Any good suggestions would be taking into consideration.

Not bad, very well layed out and clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is the red text, I wouldn’t normally use red text, but on your layout it isn’t too bad. Good job. =)
