MGH, an 80 person full service advertising and public relations agency is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Flash developer to work with our team to develop creative Flash-based, data-driven applications.
This role bridges the creative and technical aspects of development - with a little supervision and art direction, you’ll develop and implement microsites, games, banners, rich-media advertising, and other interactive applications. You must be able to work in and bridge the creative with the technical.

[]Being responsible for executing complex designs, through code, that reflect the creative and art direction provided.
[]Shifting between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need and/or the type of project.
[]Establishing front-end technology requirements.
[]Taking initiative to research and learn emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

[*]An advanced knowledge of Flash and Actionscript 2.0 as well as demonstrated abilities in such areas as:

[]Image/animation size optimization
[]XML data import
[*]Flash/javascript communication
[/LIST]
[]Experience hand-coding D/XHTML, JavaScript and CSS
[]Ability to troubleshoot problems in Flash and XML
[]Proven ability to script complex animations and develop new presentation concepts
[]Experience developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.
[]Strong visual, layout and interactive design skills
[]Ability to create, optimize, and manipulate graphics in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
[]Exposure to, PHP/MySQL and content management systems (CMS) ideal
[]Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation
[]Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work
[]Strong attention to detail
