I’ve a question that I’ve been scouring google about for the past couple of hours and I was wondering if anybody would be able to suggest ideas for a solution. My problem is as folows:
If I wanted to create a HTML site with an embedded flash navigation panel that loads in HTML content is the only way to do this with frames?
eg:

navigation flash movie here (which doesn't reload every time)
