I hope this is the appropriate place to ask this question but I am not too entirely sure as my search did not turn up anything new in regards to my trying to scale a flash interface I have been working on.
Firstly, I should say I am new to flash so please, excuse my ignorance. What I am trying to do is design a person page for an RPG character of mine.
Now I’ve found several tutorials on making fluid flash layouts and a couple on scaling that involve setting the publish settings to 100% and turning scale to noscale (though I’ve not gotten the desired results with that so I do not know if I am simply doing something wrong or if it’s the wrong direction).
What I am attempting to though is make the page and it’s contents scale so that it always fills the entire page regardless of what size the viewer has their browser set (or at least the width). Also I hope to have the items scale in overall size depending on the size of the browser but honestly I’ll take just getting the flash to fit the whole page at this point.
For an example of what I mean, view http://www.evony.com . All the pictures and even the text loaded from an external source scale in size depending on what size the viewers browser is at.
