I wonder if anyone can tell me this -
Is it better to use Flash & PHP or HTML & PHP when one wants to create a content management system? For axample, I have used Flash & PHP before to create dynamic data that could be updated/overwritten externally. But what about content being updated and added on to like this forum, for example? Content is constantly growing when someone adds and new thread, so is it better to use PHP with Flash or HTML to deal with extending content?
Any advice would be really welcome!!
