Flash to MOV looks bad once burned to DVD

I’m having a major problem exporting my FLA files to Quicktime (MOV) files. I’m exporting them at the size I’m making the movie (720x480 and 30fps). The published files are about 230k (for a minute long movie) which seems really small. When I play the MOV off my harddrive, it looks great.

Then what I’m doing is dropping the MOV files in iDVD (sucks, I know, but this is a low budget project). Again, when I play them in iDVD they look great. But then I burned the DVD and they look AWFUL. They look like a JPG saved on low, with tons of artifacts and really blurry edges.

Anybody have suggestsions?
