For some reason when I try to format windows xp pro i keep getting this error
"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
if this is the 1st time you’ve seen this strop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again fallow these steps :
Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmention or back up utilies. Check your hard drive configurations and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK / F to check for hard drive corruption and the restart your computer."
I keep getting this error no matter how many Windows XP Pro CDs I try.
-> I do it the way you in your CD then reboot your computer
-> I have an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ with an MSI K8T Neo
