whats a good fps for smooth action and not excessive file size?
for AS experiments i use 30-40… sometimes more than that… for a website i’d use 21… it’s a popular one since it works pretty good on both macs and wintels…

I like 30fps, but it depends on what I am doing.

Yeah, I use 24 a lot as well.
My most common ones are 12, 24, and 30. But as I said, it really all depends on what I am doing 
And no problem for the shortcut, it took me about a month of Flash use to figure out that panel existed 
You can also go to Window/Align I believe.
