Framerate difference IE vs Firefox

My movie framerate = 20

I get 20 fps in Firefox with about 5% cpu
I get 16 fps in IE7 with about 4% cpu

Any ideas? I really need it to run consistently. I’m on the latest beta player (maybe thats the problem?)
