We’re currently seeking an Actionscript expert to join our interactive department producing interactive brand experiences on an international scale. As an expert, you will have a thourough knowledge of Actionscipt 2.0 and will have real world experience developing Flash sites, writing classes, building components, and creating re-usable code.
You will be responsible for the performance and functionality of each Flash project and will participate in virtually every stage of development. This includes creating prototypes along with the designer, and creating content management systems under the direction of the server-side programmer.
Common projects will include the use of Flash video, user login & registration, dynamic image galleries, custom components, unique transitions & effects, database integration via Remoting, deep-linking, and communication between Flash and Javascript using the Flash External Interface API.
You will need to be fluent in English and able to communicate complex visual and structural concepts through text and speech.
Additional web development skills and software knowledge is always beneficial. Must be proficient with OS X.
Fulltime 40hrs/week, onsite only.
