I was wondering if you could take a peek and let me know if the game I built functions ok. Does it get kind of sluggish on your computer? If so, lemme know what your OS / RAM / Browser / Flash plugin is… it would be greatly appreciated. Here’s the link:
It seems to run okay on Win98, IE7 with FP 9. A few points though:
You might want to look at your preloader which only kicks in once most of the game has loaded. That normally happens when you have stuff loaded into the first frame, either on the stage or loading it via actionscript.
It looks okay although the brown background isn’t a wonderful choice of colour.
The real problem is the sense of disappointment when playing the game. I thought it might be an interesting puzzle that would test my brain but it turns out that it’s just a matter of how quickly you can click the mouse button. Each round produces more green circles but that simply means you have to click more frequently and accept that you might turn some of the switches off and then back on. So, in essence, it becomes a matter of luck how quickly you can finish each round.
I’m not entirely sure how the game is scored. I thought it was purely based on the speed with which you stopped the machine but I also see that there’s a separate time bonus.

I believe the number of metallic “thingys” add some bonus too!
Anyway, cool game, I believe, but after lvl 10 it just gets weird!:sen::stare:
