Giving credit to macromedia on a CD

Ok, I created a Macromedia Flash MX multimedia presentation for a CD that our church band is creating and selling. Now, does anyone happen to know what I need to do (if anything) to credit Macromedia for using Flash MX both in the presentation and on the CD cover itself? I’m not sure and I want to make sure we’re safe since we’ll be selling the CD. I did write to Macromedia, but no telling when I’ll get a response and we’re kinda tight on time.

If anyone knows, I would be most appreciative.

no you dont need to. you own it out right…or so i think.

According to various media law and copyright laws, once you purchase the software, you are free to create and distribute material that you create any way you see fit. As long as someone paid for the program you own a liscensing agreement that gives you free reign over what you create. This is exactly what developers do. They buy MX and sell the sites they make using it.
Happy trails.

they can catch u though if u start making to much money … this only happens to big companies though … unless your producing mad bucks then u better watch out : )
