Yeah i can’t remember where i found this, but this scripted tool will come in handy to any flash animator making feature films.
Allows Really easy panning , zoom etc in scenes ( so you dont have to move the stage) and you can distort using filters in flash 8 
Here’s a quick guide to how it works.
Use the camera movie clip on the highest layer
use motion tweens to resize the shot(zoom) and move the camera
and to fade shots, simply change the brightness.
It’s great as movie effect lenses can be made by placing objects inside the camera, eg, lighting effects etc!
