we’ve been using more AI help in day-to-day dev work, and i keep noticing the same weird tension: stuff ships faster, but reviews feel thinner when nobody really traces the why anymore.
maybe that’s just my team, but it feels like the code gets accepted while the understanding stays private. has anyone else seen AI change review quality or team learning in a bad way?
