I have been working with this programmer named Michael Bianco and I was paying him to help me implement some things on my website. We started this whole project in July of last year and he has gone completely MIA on me. I paid him upfront and he got about 70% of the project done but has just disappeared and wont email or call me. The last time I was able to talk to him was in January and now that I have given up on the idea that the project will be even finished I can’t even get him to send me the project files.
Anyway I am really stressed out about the whole thing and the way this is going seems to be completely contrary to the kind of guy I thought he was. Does anyone know him and by chance know if he is out of the country or something.
