I’m american
my metabolism goes uber-woooooooooooooooooooosh
at least that’s why I think I’m so **** skrawny
When I was in Highschool I’d eat a couple of bowls of Ice Cream and then a bag of popcorn after school and still be hungry for dinner. I think in health class I figured out I was putting away around 3000-4000 calories a day.

I hate you.
=)
yeah but he was also on swim team during that time with at least two hours of swimming practice every day. that will take it out of you.
I can’t do this anymore, but I think it explains how some people are 6 ft tall and 140 lbs. I think it’s part of the growing metabolism.
I didn’t start gaining any weight until I was 39!
and that was because I stopped walking as much… It really is the caloric intake vs exercise…

If we’re talking about physical indicators as to how tall you’ll be, the only thing I’ve heard that works is to take the height of a 2 year old male and double it. It might be 3 for girls. My mom did it for my brothers and I when we were little. I’ve known I would be 6’2’’ since I was a wee lad.
Now let’s see what’s the least and most you’ve weighed at your current height. Assuming some of us are as tall as we will be.
Last year I weighed 210, 174 now back to 194. I don’t have one of those super metabolisms so I have to work hard to take off fat.
5’8"
135 lbs.
I eat a lot and people hate me for it.
you can too.
most i’ve weighed is between 172-175 lbs.
i’ve gone down to 165 in the last two months and plan to go to 155 in the next few months. takin it easy.
i gained most of my weight freshman and sophomore year in college.
6’4" 260lbs
Cheers!

I did the same, but began to pay the price once I got to college and no longer had the time for two or three hours of the sport du jour every afternoon. The appetite didn’t decline in proportion to the decrease in activity. I gained about 80 pounds before I graduated. My weight stayed relatively steady for the next 15 years, but sitting in front of a computer all day for the last five years added another 40 pounds. I got on the scale 18 months ago, for the first time in several years and about scared myself to death. I’ve dropped about 60 pounds since then, and would like to lose about 60 more. Currently at about 285 lb.

I probobly consumer 3k - 4k calories/day
And I’m going with what sen said.
I just got home from taco bell (dont eat there much) and I have 3 hardshell tacos, 2 chalupas, mexifries and a large drink.
I lost 15 pounds my freshman year, because I couldnt afford snacks/was too lazy to go to the hall for meals. At home, I eat something everytime I walk through the kitchen.
