I need some critiques for a new web site look.

Please need some feedback about the new look…
I think there is to much greeeeen on the home page.
What you think about the logo with the palm tree as a background?
note: costumer likes palm trees. But I think it should be blue water or something else.
Anything else you want to contribute is welcome too.
Please HELP i want to get THIS site launched as fast as possible, because i HATE the old one right now, it’s tooo boring and i don’t like updating it…
Right now I think the new look is a 7 out of 10, of course I want to get a 10 out of 10.
