Help - Exercise Routine

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please help me come up with an exercise routine.
One of my new years resolutions is to exercise. Not exercise MORE, but START exercising. Heh.

Heres the catch.
I work 6 days a week. Monday-Saturday. 9am-6pm. Off on Sundays.
So possible exercise schedules are early morning or late night. Heh.
Whats a good routine? How often?
Do any of you guys exercise regularly?
