Hello there guys! I need some help here… How do I attach a dynamic text field or a movie clip to a flash component scroll pane? Thanks…
open your library and select the movieclip you want to attach to the scroll pane. Right-click on it and select linkage. Then give it an identifier (a string name that you use in the scroll pane component properties). After giving it an identifier click on the scroll pane on the stage and go to the properties. In the ‘Scroll Content’ box type the identifier of the movie clip you want to attach.
You can not attach textfields directly to a scroll pane component. However you can place your textfield in a movie clip then give it an identifier!
Goodluck!
Thanks comicGeek. I’ll give it a try…
