Hi people, I need a little advice from the experts, so here is the case.
I want to build a community forum like this:

I just need some advice:
1.) Which is better for forums like this? php, jsp or asp?
2.) If PHP, is phpbb combined with Joomla enough for this? Joomla for homepage and
phpbb for the forum will do for this?
3.) Do i need to get an unlimited space for server’s traffic? if there is a good server, can you give me any suggestions pls?
