Help with an infinite slideshow please

hi, does someone know how can id smth like this: an infinite menu that moves in a direction, not following the mouse, with pictures,xml, a little text below pictures, and with a rollover effect, when you rollover a picture the menu stops, and it makes a smple effect, like the border changes its color and when u rolout it moves again, i guess its simple but i cant do it, anyone can help me please?
