Help with imagevue

hey all, hoping someone can help me with this problem. 2 folders in my imagevue gallery have stopped loading the thumbnails. they used to work fine, but all of a sudden they stopped. i have done nothing except upload new folders to the gallery as normal. im confused as to what it could be :puzzle:
