Hello!
I have a navigation bar for my website, and I want to try and use the falling snow effect (from the tutorials on kirupa) for the background of it.

What i’d like to do is have a falling snow effect just on the background of the top portion (where it says 10eastern)
Is this possible? What steps do I need to take to get this started? Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks!
