How do i get the "infinite menu" to work with buttons?

I haven’t been able to get any of the buttons to point to anything even after i made extra scenes. The following is an example that I tried on a butto nand corresponding scene.

The tutorial is incomplete in reguards on how to make the buttons point to anything :angry:
