I’m trying to create a product catalogue in Flash. I take photos of products in photoshop that have a white background, use a clipping mask to crop out the white background, and save the image as a gif with a transparent background.
When I import these gifs into Flash, the transparent backgrounds are fine, but the edges of the images are very ragged.
This is probably more of a photoshop cropping problem, but I was wondering if any of you have a solution?
I’ve tried increasing the export quality of the swf to 100%, but raggedness seems to be an inherent problem of the gifs.
