How do you make sure project doesnt go over budget?Planning?
I have worked for various new media companies and it seems that projects always seem to finish up more elaborate than the original spec of the job…meaning more hours of work until the client is happy.
How do you or your company ensure that the fundamentals are set in stone at the beginning of a project and that things end up on spec, on time and on budget?
I hate the clients ‘can you just’ attitude that causes so much problems for a project.
How do you or your compnay deal with it.
Im sure many would like to discuss this, as i believe we have all encountered this at some stage.
