hopefully this is the right place…
I am a designer not a programmer or developer (I know enough HTML/CSS to get by). I built a website for a client and he paid for it and agreed to pay for monthly edits. Now he heard from someone else that he should have a site that he can edit on his own and wants that now.
Of course I’d have to hire an engineer or developer to do this so how much would you charge someone to build a custom CMS to a website that is already built? even if its hourly…how many hours/charge?
website is simple, 5 menus, about, contact, photos, etc.
