How much should I charge?

I’ve just started doing some contract work on the side in regards to Flash websites. I’m doing a job for a local nightclub. The design stuff was pretty much all done. I’m doing all the AS and putting it together in Flash. Anyway, it’s about a 6 day job and I have no idea how much to charge. He wants a quote but I’ve never done contract work before? What do you guys think?
