How to change this .fla?

I found this menu somewhere and I need to make a few changes:

  1. the stuff in the menu has to be loaded via XML - the pictures, possibly movies, and the text
  2. when clicked it should maximize and freeze
  3. when clicked again it should go back to the small size
  4. the menu itself should be sliding - not everything visible at once
  5. there should be a description of the item somewhere on the stage, that is displayed on rolling over a thumb and after clicking on it

Can you guys help me out?
